1. Payment

Pay using the most comfortable options. We offer the following payment methods:

Bank transfer - with 2% discount for orders in our online shop
You submit your payment to our bank account, and we ship your goods after we received your payment. According to experience, a bank transfer which is placed online needs between two hours and one bank working day. Bank transfers which are placed at the counter can need one more day. On the order status page, you can see whether your payment has been received. All bank charges for money transfers (especially from Switzerland and other non EU countries) have to be paid by you.

Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express)
After your order you can pay immediately with your credit card. Your order ships after the payment has arrived.

Apple Pay
Pay directly and easily with your smartphone or tablet.

iDEAL
Only available for accounts in the Netherlands. 

Bancontact
Belgiums most used payment method. Only available for accounts in Belgium. 

Cash on delivery (COD), only within Germany
We ship your order at once, and you pay when you receive your order, plus a COD charge of 6,66 €, which you pay directly to DHL. To order by COD, please open an account and write us a mail, so we can activate COD for your account.

 

2. Shipping

We ship your order as a DHL parcel inside Germany and with DHL, UPS or Hermes internationally.
Orders are always shipped completely (in one parcel). If your ordered items marked "not in stock", the despatch will be delayed untl everything is in stock again. Of course, orders can be sent to a german DHL Packstation. You find a summary of all Packstations at www.packstation.de.

3. Delivery time

We ship your parcel as fast as possible, often on the same day but at the latest on the next working day after your payment arrives (if you pay by COD, your parcel will be shipped without delay).

For international shipments, DHL needs the following additional times for the delivery:

within the European Union: 

1 - 7 working days

worldwide:  

1 - 15 working days

 

4. Parcel tracking

All our parcels are trackable! After your parcel has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation mail with tracking information.
