How to enter discount codes

If you received a discount code, you can enter it in the shopping cart on the right side. Under the "CHECKOUT" button, there is a button "Redeem voucher/balance", where you can enter the discount code and click "REDEEM". The discount will be added in the last checkout step (you will not see it in the shopping cart). The discount is subtracted now. If the discount amount is less than the value of the merchandise, you must choose your preferred form of payment for the balance. If your credit balance exceeds the value of the goods, the remaining balance is of course available for your next order.

Buy vouchers

You'd like to present a friend or yourself? Please contact us: info@farbstifte.net and tell us the desired amount of the voucher, as well as the details of who should be entered on the card as the recipient and the giver. This information is optional. You will receive a voucher code by email and, if you wish, as a printable card. Is it a last minute gift? No problem! You can receive the voucher immediately, but the code is only activated in the shop after receipt of payment on our bank account.
